-Deposits are due upon booking appointments and MUST be paid. If the appointment is booked for you, you will be sent a way to pay this deposit. If this deposit is not paid within 24 Hours you will forfeit the appointment and must pay double the original deposit cost in order to book any future appointments due to the high demand of appointments that are on a waiting list. -ALL clients MUST keep a VALID card on file, I have no access to this card unless I am checking you out or faced with a “NO SHOW” -Rescheduling appointments MUST be done at least 24 hours before your appointment, and require a deposit to hold your new appointment date. -If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges. -NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE ORIGINAL SERVICE COST. If I face an issue when trying to collect this fee, you will be required to pay this cost prior to booking a new appointment. If this occurs more than once you will no longer be able to book any future appointments with me. -NEW CLIENTS MUST BOOK A “NEW CLIENT” APPOINTMENT. This appointment will be a little longer so I am able to do a thorough consultation before we begin your color. -ALL clients interested in hair extensions must have a consultation prior to trying to book an extension appointment. (non-refundable $60 deposit is due upon booking a consultation.) -If you are running late PLEASE let me know, I am fully aware things happen and my main concern is making sure you arrive healthy and safe to your appointment. This being said, if you are to run late multiple times, there will be additional steps taken to avoid this occurrence in the future.
